Park Avenue

A large co-op in a pre-war building on New York's upper East side, this residence was completely remodeled to include an independent HVAC system, improved storage, and updated bathrooms, and new finishes and colors were used to complement the elegant existing rooms  decorated to reflect the client's taste and to showcase a collection of paintings and antiques.
